References

Once you have indicated your interest in a property, your references will be checked on our behalf by a credit reference agency. Please notify your employer, existing landlord and personal referee that enquiries will be made to verify the information that you have given us. It is in your interests that these people respond immediately.

You should also note that if any tenant or guarantor needs to take the application forms away from the office to complete, if they are not returned within a maximum of 48 hours this will result in the property being placed back on the market.

Services

It is the tenant’s responsibility to register for payment of Council Tax and to take over the gas, water and electricity supplies together with the telephone. We suggest that this is done in good time, as Marisella Properties cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred in this regard.
